2.1. Stock items may be eligible for return within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
3. Special Order Items
3.1. Special order items, including but not limited to customized or non-stock items, are not eligible for return or refund. All sales of special-order items are final.
4. Return Process
4.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lussoporcelain.com to obtain a return authorization.
4.2. Once the return is authorized, pack the item securely, include the original invoice, and contact/coordinate shipping with our logistics team.
4.3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Lusso Porcelain & Design LLC.
5. Inspection and Refund
5.1. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item, subject to the conditions mentioned in sections 2 and 3.
5.2. The restocking fee of 35% will be deducted from the refund for eligible stock items.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. All items are photographed and documented when they leave our warehouse.
Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately to document defects/damages and determine refund eligibility.

1. Cancellation of any contract or order by the customer must be communicated to Lusso Porcelain & Design LLC in writing.
2. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total contract or order amount will be applied.
3. The cancellation fee will be deducted from any prepaid amounts, and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
4. Customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred by Lusso Porcelain & Design LLC up to the point of a completed cancellation.
5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
6. Special order items, including customized or non-stock items, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. All sales of special-order items are final.
7. Lusso Porcelain & Design LLC reserves the right to cancel any contract or order in case of unforeseen circumstances or breach of terms by the customer.
